I've been a fan of your games for some time but I gotta say this is by far the best! the graphics are soooo good and high quality, the women are so hot! and love all the costumes, the high heels and even the fact that most of them have beautiful long nails makes it perfect! would love to see some scratching scenes if possible as I dont think i've ever seen something like that before.
Now for the story! damn! i wish movies can do similar plotlines and stories, the narrative, the suspense, and the fact that the story revolves around a big secret that we're trying to resolve and all based in magic and horror is all the good stuff!

New to all this and only discovered itch through PH via a game by another creator, but found yourself and thought this looked good, downloaded it and have already played through the 2 available days twice because OMG, is the story/plot-line good, there’s just so much going on.
so onto my thoughts and speculations…
(sorry if this contains possible spoilers) NOTE: this is only from what I’ve picked up on whilst playing… moving on.
First of all, the character models are amazing/fantastic so good job on those.
Now onto a story-based question…
Nico said something about purgatory (during the bit in the Airborne), does this mean our MC is dead and Blackmore is indeed purgatory and we’re waiting to move on? A clue to this is… Firstly the opening quote by Shakespeare. Secondly, when choosing kinks at the therapist… The choice for how much Futa there will be (part of what drove me to this game) is the 2 she-demons or succubi. Also the gates (7 layers of hell?) and all the iconography surrounding the game. Apologies if that was too much to take in. Basically a lot of stuff is suggesting this.
Favourite character so far is definitely Nico, as for the other characters, (the Dominants) I’m not sure if I can choose a favourite… They’re all so good in their own ways, Im not sure why Nico is a favourite (nothing to do with it being one letter off from my name). I guess I feel sorry for him (if that was the intended reaction then bravo) . Will we see Nico again or has Malthara (I believe that’s her name) (the winged demon at the second gate) claimed him?
Can’t wait to play more of this truly amazing game, truly a work of art and a masterpiece at that. If the rest of the game is any good as the first 2 days then you’re definitely onto something here. Love the art-book and can’t wait to see how some of the art is integrated into the game.

This game is just flat out better then Femdom city. Maybe I just have a basis against sandboxes because they're usually "run around and look for a thing you haven't done." But also the plotline is just better written and everything just goes together nicely.
I can't understand why on god's green earth you would prioritize that other game. Not saying it's bad or anything.
I would just like to note that on the page of the art book, there are paintings that are very beautiful, but upset me. Of course, they depict very cool and gorgeous-looking imps and demons, however... firstly, this is trivial - for such a high-quality work of art as your amazing game, created based on Lovecraft, monsters like the monster from the depths would be more suitable, like in the dream of a game hero or a spider from your game with elves, something more otherworldly, creepy and disgusting, like Cthulhu, creatures like spiders, octopuses, amoebas and so on, something really nightmarish, with a creepy black aura.. humanoid demons are not scary , but are simply funny and rather cause boredom..
I would also like to ask you, if this is not completely unacceptable for you, to really turn up the toilet deviation slider to the maximum... as I understand it, golden showers in this game are the limit, but I would really like more, even veiled content... it’s not necessary to show disgusting content product, but it can be veiled. Especially considering what gorgeous asses the heroines of this amazing game have =)

The kittens turned out to be even worse than any Cthulhu... I flew out of the room like a bullet, barely freed myself, although there were saves in front of it... this experience was disgusting and creepy :)

For the game engine it depends on what you want. if you want a character to move around in rpg style (like my games asylum and captured by dark elves) then rpg maker is the easiest option. rpg maker has a very helpful community on forums.rpgmakerweb.com and there are a lot of tutorials out there, it is very easy to learn
If however you want to focus on presenting your art and make it more point and click (like femdom city and shadow over blackmore) renpy is the better option. it requires a bit of coding but it is actually very easy once you get into it. there are some good tutorials on youtube and renpy has the lemmasoft forums as well as a helpful discord channel.
Now, the artwork...that is more difficult. There are not many tutorials. For the 3d render animation engines I used Poser Pro 11 for 6 years and now using daz3d for 3 years and I still would say I am a beginner. The most important thing is to just start. Don't worry about it much, just download and install daz and play around with it. focus on older models like genesis 3 & 8, pick up some free or cheap assets and start learning by doing. There are not many tutorials out there, but googling a specific problem usually points you in the right direction. at least that is how I learned it ;)
Another tip is to focus on a small location for the first game and narrow the story down. Like you mentioned: a prison. or an apartment, a hospital etc. that way you can focus your attention on a few events and characters. This makes it easier to start and finish your game!

The game is awesome and i'm very intrigued about the story. I personally don't like main character face but the overall design of the female characters is top notch. I haven't played the game to its end (as of now 0.2.3b) but i'd love to see more trampling scenes in the future.

i am afraid you cannot simply try to "copy" my artstyle and get similar results that would look the same ingame. I do not think that's possible. Where I could need help is with the game engine RenPy although most of the game stuff has already been implemented in the game...i am always thinking that the game could use some minigames but I am not sure how to implement them...

For example, the process of alchemy, if there is one, can be made into a mini-game. Also, horse racing at the Duchess's ranch and betting on it, searching for new resident victims on the computer in the office, some types of BDSM games (spanking with a score, for example) =)

6 month is nearly a year there is only 12 months in a year, i also play femdom city but no a real huge fan of it as there isnt as much content in it right now as there is in this game, femdom city is too repetitive for me this one isnt as repetitive.
If it is half of something, you usually say it is half. that means 6 months is "half a year", not "almost a year". I also don't think you are talking about the right game, because Femdom City MANTIS has almost 10 times more content than Shadow over Blackmore has at the moment

Ah I see. Is there a way to fix that or convert saves? I could get around most of them except dor the inventory one. It's a lot of hours on a save to ignore but i understand.
well, the short term solution is to not pick up meat (by searching trash) and don't open the inventory. there is no real way to convert it, unfortunetly. at least not right now

These errors only happen when you use your old saves from previous versions. They do not happen when you start a new game

well, the short term solution is to not pick up meat (by searching trash) and don't open the inventory. there is no real way to convert it, unfortunetly. at least not right now
